Terms and Conditions

Booking directly with Carlton Wine Vacation requires an invitation to book, and an agreement that the following terms and conditions apply to your booking:

1. A deposit of $200 is taken at the time of booking. The remaining balance is collected the day of your arrival.

2. Deposits are refunded 3 days after your booking ends. Provided no damages or cleaning fees are applied.

3. Cleaning fees are waived for invited guests, provided check out instructions are followed and excessive cleaning is not required.

Booking directly with the property owner is an acknowledgement that you have read and understand these terms.
